Umbria is located in the geographic centre of Italy, italians call it “green heart” of Italy. It is a region full of natural charm, popular traditions, art and history.

While travelling around Umbria, tourists shall be able to admire the Middle Ages and Renaissance architecture of the villages, the numerous churches, the oratories where the works of art of Perugino and Giotto are kept.

Guests can admire enchanting landscapes and small towns of great historical and cultural interest,  abbeys and churches, which marked the history of religion, and natural parks like the one surrounding Lake Trasimeno.

Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio. Orvieto, are only some of the destinations that a visitor should not miss. But in Umbria there many more minor centres, villages, castles, abbeys, churches which are often embedded in the countryside or located on top of hills or mountains.
